Dr. Nagaraj Reddy — Founder
Nearly three decades of operating experience across IT, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and luxury consumer goods.
Founded NRIT in 1998 (an enterprise IT and business intelligence company), raised institutional venture capital in 2000, led the merger with Aviana in 2004, and exited the business successfully in 2015.
Since the exit, Dr. Reddy has built three operating businesses NR Realty (real estate development), Khenshu (super-luxury furniture), and Spaceki (facades and windows manufacturing) which together form the operating base of NR Group.
NRAI is the natural next chapter: bringing operator-built AI to the industries he understands deeply, with internal businesses as the proving ground.

Prof. Dr. Peter Sachsenmeier is a globally recognized strategist, technology visionary, and innovation leader with decades of international experience spanning academia, industry, government, and research. As an Advisor to Nrai, he brings unparalleled expertise in technology management, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, smart cities, advanced manufacturing, and innovation ecosystems.

Sunil Sabat is a globally experienced technology executive, product strategist, and digital transformation leader with extensive expertise in cloud computing, data platforms, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. As a Strategic Advisor to Nrai, he brings deep industry knowledge gained through leadership roles at some of the world's most recognized technology organizations, including Microsoft, IBM, Intel, Informatica, and Protegrity.
Sunil works closely with customers and partners to drive innovation, cloud adoption, data modernization, and AI-powered business transformation. His experience spans product strategy, engineering, enterprise architecture, data security, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies, enabling organizations to accelerate growth through technology-driven innovation
A lifelong advocate for learning and innovation, Sunil holds advanced degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, along with an MBA in Marketing and Finance. He has earned numerous industry certifications across cloud, security, and enterprise technologies and is a frequent speaker at international technology conferences, sharing insights on data, AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

Twenty-plus years of experience as an enterprise AI leader. Currently in a senior leadership role at a global automotive Tier-1, with deep expertise in Manufacturing Intelligence, Agentic AI, Decision Sciences, Enterprise Architecture, GenAI, Industry 4.0, and AI Governance.
Dr. Venu engages with NRAI in a strategic advisory capacity, guiding architecture, technology selection, and enterprise design decisions.
