Dr. Nagaraj Reddy — Founder
Nearly three decades of operating experience across IT, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and luxury consumer goods.
Founded NRIT in 1998 (an enterprise IT and business intelligence company), raised institutional venture capital in 2000, led the merger with Aviana in 2004, and exited the business successfully in 2015.
Since the exit, Dr. Reddy has built three operating businesses NR Realty (real estate development), Khenshu (super-luxury furniture), and Spaceki (facades and windows manufacturing) which together form the operating base of NR Group.
NRAI is the natural next chapter: bringing operator-built AI to the industries he understands deeply, with internal businesses as the proving ground.
Vadiraj Aralappanavar — Chief Executive Officer
Vadiraj is the Chief Executive Officer of NRAI, leading the organization's vision to accelerate innovation across Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Enterprise Technologies, and Intelligent Infrastructure.
With extensive experience in business leadership, technology strategy, and enterprise transformation, he is focused on building future-ready solutions that help organizations embrace digital innovation and operational excellence.
Under his leadership, NRAI continues to expand its capabilities in AI-driven technologies, smart enterprise systems, automation, and next-generation digital transformation initiatives, creating long-term value for clients and partners across industries.
Sunil Sabat ---- Strategic Advisor
Sunil Sabat is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud Computing, Product Strategy, and Digital Transformation. With leadership exposure across global technology ecosystems including Microsoft, he brings deep expertise in emerging technologies, scalable enterprise solutions, and innovation-driven business strategy.
As an Advisor to NRAI, Sunil contributes strategic guidance in AI adoption, enterprise technology transformation, and future-ready digital initiatives.
